William Zanow - Senior Vice President
As the Senior Vice President of Arrowpoint, Bill Zanow utilizes his experience as a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) with more than 17 years executive-level experience, budgetary performance, business development and contractual compliance. As a hands-on manager, skilled in leading professional service organizations, Bill currently heads the West Coast team of Arrowpoint professionals. Bill holds a graduate degree in Systems Management, and retired as a Master Aviator from a career as an Army Officer.
Wendell Long - Vice President & Strategic Growth Officer
As the Vice President and Strategic Officer of Arrowpoint, COL (R) Wendell Long utilizes his experience as a senior leader in both the military and commercial sectors to critically examine processes for improvement. His Just Results attitude and leadership approach allows Wendell to lead diverse teams of contractors to support government improvement efforts. Currently, Wendell leads a team of Arrowpoint professionals, as well as several outside contractors in the development and fielding of the Army Workload and Performance System (AWPS) solution to the Army National Guard. He served for 30 years in the United States Army and has led efforts that redesigned reserve component training, personnel processing and Army readiness reporting.
Gene Doherty - Director, Software Development
Gene Doherty leads Arrowpoint's software development services from our East Bay Development Office in Concord, California, which opened in April 2005. His team is involved in the design and development of secure web database applications. Recently, Gene worked with the Army Installation Management Agency (IMA) Equal Employment Office to create a web version of their Self Assessment Tool (EEOSAT). A former contractor with the Naval Sea Logistics Center-Pacific, Gene was a principal designer and programmer of the Enterprise Workload Performance System (EWPS) being used by the Department of Energy, Richland, Washington and several Navy commands. Gene also programmed a new secure front end for the Navy Data Environment (NDE). Gene's "solutions approach" to client issues provides a mature foundation for all Arrowpoint software development.
Kevin Brown - Director, Fairfield Operations
Kevin Brown has worked with the NSLC Fairfield team since 1989, working primarily on Navy projects, and helping our customer rewrite and upgrade existing applications to leverage new technologies. His professionalism and innovative approaches to customer challenges has resulted in solutions engineering that has saved the government substantial resources in both time and money. Kevin has also worked with EA/Maxis as a senior engineer to build SimCity, and EIDOS Interactive as a Technical Director to build a WWII flight sim. Kevin's experience and leadership make him an integral part of the Arrowpoint leadership team.
Ronald Keohane - Manager, Warrior Support Programs
Ron Keohane has served in senior management positions in the Pentagon for more than 11 years and is currently leading our manpower and personnel support team in the Army. Ron has a diverse background in managing complex challenges that face the federal government. He led the government's electronic commerce (e-commerce) initiatives as part of a White House focused effort. During the early 1990's, Ron was integral in the expansion of the Drug Demand Reduction role within the Department of Defense and the Office of National Drug Control Policy. His keen understanding of the federal budget process and manpower analysis is crucial to the many business process reengineering and efficiency efforts of federal programs.
William Johnston, Jr. - Manager, Army National Guard Installations Group
William "Johnny" Johnston serves as the Army National Guard's primary point of contact for Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) actions as a team member of the Army reserve Component Process Action Team (RC-PAT). Johnny leads a team of Arrowpoint BRAC experts and is responsible for the coordination between the Total Army Basing Study (TABS) and the 54 State and Territory Adjutants General, as well as the Construction and Facility Managers over all FY05 BRAC actions. This responsibility is significant given the National Guard's role in this year's BRAC actions. Johnny's background in supporting facilities management, sustainment, restoration and modernization, as well as his knowledge of business practices utilized in real property management makes him an invaluable asset to both Arrowpoint and the Army National Guard.
William "Bill" Reeder - Manager, NSLC-PAC Network Operations Group
Bill Reeder has been with Arrowpoint since January 2005. He began as a Senior Windows Administrator, and in January 2006, became the Manager for the NSLC Network Operations Group. Currently, Bill's group, consist of 11 administrators in various disciplines: UNIX, Windows, Oracle DBA and Networking. Bill has worked in the private sector as a senior administrator and retired from the Air Force in 2001. Bill and his team operate one of the most complex data centers in the United States and through his "lead-by-example" style, Bill has streamlined and improved operations at this critical Navy facility. Bill's dedication and commitment to the customer exemplify Just Results.
Timothy Carroll- Manager National Guard Programs
Tim Carroll has served in the Washington DC area for almost 20 years in National Guard Bureau, HQ United States Air Force, and Air National Guard programs. He has extensive experience in National Guard Bureau Joint Staff, Air National Guard, and HQ United States Air Force in Logistics, Budget, Force Structure, and Readiness issues. Additionally he has extensive field level experience at all levels. He has served as a Commander and a leader in several operational deployments such as Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Noble Eagle. Most recently he served at the Deputy Director Logistics and Engineering NGB J-4 for the Chief National Guard Bureau working Equipment issues for the ARMY and Air National Guard. He also was the Chief National Guard Bureau's representative to the 2005 BRAC Commission and orchestrated the Military Construction approval for the ARMY National Guard and Air National Guard Headquarters in the National Capital Region.
