Join the UFW's delegation at L.A. Worker's "March from Hollywood to the Docks" From April 15th thru April 17th workers including actors, janitors, longshore workers, and community members will march 28 miles from Hollywood to the docks of San Pedro. For three days straight, marchers will camp-out, stop at Manuel Arts High School, hold an event on our failing state budget, stop at Wal-Mart for rally and talk to all of L.A. about the FIGHT FOR GOOD JOBS.
On Thursday, April 17, the UFW will have a delegation join in this vital march. Among the dozens in the delegation will be UFW President Arturo Rodriguez, 1st Vice president Irv Hershenbaum, farm workers from the San Joaquin Valley and Central Coast and local area UFW supporters. Please join this important UFW delegation and show Los Angeles and America what worker solidarity looks like. You can join the UFW delegation by showing up any of the below locations at the indicated times, wearing your UFW t-shirt--or a red t-shirt--and joining us in our march.

This important march will symbolize the over 350,000 workers who this year, will be fighting to stay in the middle class or move themselves out of poverty by joining a union. The march will conclude on April 17th with a massive rally at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro at 6:00 pm.
