Thank you for signing the petition to help the farm workers laboring at Giumarra--the world's largest table grape company, whose labels include Nature's Partner. Because the company is so huge, their behavior helps set the industry standard. Unfortunately the standard they set is of abuse and intimidation. 

We'll be delivering the petition which you and more than 26,000 activists signed to Giumarra next week--but to really drive the message home, we want to ask you to do one more thing.

As a consumer, I am astonished at the abuse and mistreatment of Giumarra farm workers.

Giumarra has a history of intimidating and bullying workers, including unlawful interference in a union election, dangerous quotas that force workers to pick produce in triple-digit temperatures without water or shade breaks and more. At least two farm workers have died from heat-related causes while laboring in your fields.

Consumers of Giumarra and your new Nature's Partner label are watching. We demand you change your policies and begin treating the workers laboring in your fields with dignity and respect. It's time for your company to realize that you are not above the law.

Giumarra harvests almost 10% of U.S. grapes and like any major company is concerned about its bottom line. If enough consumers speak up, we can make real change for these workers.
